Oral presentation
Duration of 12 min with additional 3 min for questions
Poster presentation
Poster size A0 in vertical setting. In addition each poster shall be accompanied by 3 min oral presentation including 3 slides as follows: 1) title page, 2) highlight from the study presented in the poster (e.g. figure, picture, and little text), and 3) view of the entire poster.
Presentation format and upload
All presentations in pptx or pdf format need to be uploaded at the registration/help desk on the day before your scheduled presentation (please, see conference programme for opening hours and location of the registration/help desk). All posters should be hung on Wednesday (29 Aug) during registration desk opening time at Empa (14:00-16:30) or on Thursday (30 Aug) before the conference opening (7:30- 8:15). Pins for boards will be provided.
